Halswell Quarry Park planting days are restoring native wetland swales into the park. Volunteer and have fun with friends and family while doing something good for the environment.

Head to the Visitor Centre, which is a single-storey stone cottage on the main drive off Kennedy's Bush Road. Directions to the planting site will be displayed.

What to bring

  • Clothes for all weather, sun hat or woolly hat
  • Gumboots and gloves.
