Please note:

  • We require five working days notice to freeze your membership or alter/amend a scheduled Direct Debit
  • We reserve the right to alter your freeze date if less than five working days notice is given.

Please note:

  • You may freeze your membership for a minimum of two weeks and maximum of three months.
  • On your reactivation date, or after three months, your membership will automatically reactivate and payments will resume.
  • We reserve the right to alter your reactivation date if more than three months is chosen.

Terms and Conditions

  • You may freeze your membership for a minimum period of two weeks and a maximum period of three months.
  • You cannot freeze your membership retrospectively.
  • Council reserves the right to alter the freeze date if less than five days is chosen or if a reactivation date of more than three months is chosen.
  • You must give five days notice for any change to the specified reactivation date.
  • On your specified reactivation date, or after three months, your membership will be automatically reactivated and payments will resume
  • Flexi members approve the Council amending the first Direct Debit payment after the freeze period for the balance of days between reactivation of membership and first payment date.
