Holiday classes from 17 December 2018 to 23 January 2019

We're running a general pilates class over the holidays focusing on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina.

Exercises are taught at multiple levels, allowing you to work at a beginning, intermediate, or advanced pace.

These fees are applicable for all levels of pilates and yoga.  Prices are based on one weekly lesson for a 10-week term. Prices will be adjusted accordingly if a term consists of more or less than 10 weeks.
